Fragrance Customization Notice:
This product is already scented. It can accept 0.25% to .5% more essential or fragrance oils, however the aroma of the Muscle Jelly may still remain the prominent aroma. If you choose to customize, please do so at your own discretion. We strongly recommend testing your chosen fragrance in a small batch before applying it to the full amount of product purchased.
Please note that modifying a cosmetic base can impact its stability, performance, and preservation. Because formulation customization involves many variables, we cannot guarantee results or accept responsibility for issues resulting from customer alterations.

Filling Directions
Before filling, always clean and sanitize all utensils and surfaces to ensure product safety and integrity. Wash tools thoroughly with hot, soapy water, rinse well, and either allow them to air dry or dry with a clean, lint-free towel. Immediately before use, spray all utensils with 70% isopropyl alcohol and wipe them down with lint-free paper or towels.
Be sure to also sanitize your work area, and follow appropriate hygiene protocols. We strongly recommend establishing written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that cover cleaning, sanitizing, and personal protective practices such as wearing gloves, hairnets, lab coats, or aprons when handling cosmetic products.
Packaging Directions:
If you choose to have the CBD version of this product, be aware that CBD is sensitive to light and air. Your packaging choices should ensure that any CBD product is not exposed to light and air such as amber, green, blue, and UV coated packaging for light and well sealed packaging.
Filling Methods Without a Machine:
You can effectively fill your product using one of the following manual methods:
Hand Pouring: Use a heat-resistant measuring pitcher with a well-designed spout for controlled pouring into jars, bottles, or other containers.
Confectionery Funnel: A stainless steel confectionery funnel is ideal for precise dispensing of melted product into prepared containers.
Piping Bags: Cut the tip of the piping bag and fill it halfway with your product. Twist the top closed and gently squeeze to dispense the product into containers or molds.
Always work in small batches when testing a new filling method, and ensure all tools are appropriate for your product’s temperature and texture.
Directions for Use:
To use muscle gel, apply a thin layer to the desired area and gently massage it into the skin. Use as needed, and allow it to fully absorb before covering or applying other products.This product is warming on the skin. Avoid applying to injured or irritated skin.
Warning Statements:
Not for internal consumption. Pregnant or lactating people consult a doctor prior to use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. This product contains capsicum. Use caution when washing up any utensils used for packaging as hot water can disperse the capsicum into the air and cause coughing. Also always wash your hands after handling anything that contains capsicum to ensure that you don’t transfer it to any mucus membrane areas or eyes.

Clean Cosmetics Composition
This formula was consistently requested by our customers. We do not commonly use carbomer and triethanolamine, however in this formula they are used within the use restriction guidelines for safety. If you would like a completely clean version of this product consider the Muscle Lotion or the Muscle Rub.
