Custom Formulations
Customers will collaborate closely with our Chief Formulator, Kayla Fioravanti, and our expert Formulation Team to develop new formulas or refine existing ones.
We offer three levels of formulation services to help you bring your skincare vision to life:
Custom Formulation: Collaborate with our Exclusive Formulation Team to create a brand-new formula tailored to your brand.
Semi-Custom Formulation: Personalize one of our existing formulas with approved ingredient swaps, such as carrier oils, essential oils, or extracts.
Reformulation: Make minor adjustments to your existing formula without using our proprietary systems, so you can retain ownership.

Contract Manufacturing
At Ology Essentials Labs, we’re committed to making your skincare dreams a reality with our flexible, low-minimum contract manufacturing services. Whether you’re just getting started or scaling up, we offer low minimums—5-gallon batches for bulk orders and as few as 100 units for retail-ready packaged products.

Lead Times
4-6 weeks for Private Label Manufacturing
2-4 Weeks for Ology Essentials’ Bases
Our lead time clock starts when all materials (ingredients, packaging, labels, boxes, etc.) have arrived in house, bearing no natural disasters.
Please note during busy times of the year, such as holidays, lead times may tend to be longer. Ology Essentials Labs will communicate lead times to customers at time of purchase.
