Ology Essentials offers custom formulation services for cosmetics including but not limited to lotions, creams, serums, skincare, haircare, aromatherapy based product, signature scents, CBD products and much more!
You will work closely with our lovely Chief Formulator, Kayla Fioravanti – sharing your hopes and dreams for your product/products, and Kayla will guide you towards the best active ingredients, including essential oils, herbal extracts, carrier oils and the best packaging needs for your product. Kayla can also help you with your existing formula by offering ideas on a preservative system, emulsifying system or anything else you might be needing to perfect your formula.

*Ingredients that Ology Essentials carries in house are included at no additional cost, however any special ingredients needed for your samples will be charged separately. Custom formulations are manufactured by Ology Essentials exclusively for your company. A mutual NDA will be provided before you set up the first phone call. The methodology and formula is not part of the purchase of custom formulation hours. If you want to know that methodology and formula, the price will be set for the purchase of the intellectual property after the first phone call.

Deciding on How Many Hours You Should Purchase?
Here is a general breakdown of the time it takes to formulate various products. These are approximations based on past formulas but special requests for preservative systems, emulsifying systems, active ingredients, and special requests to fit various standards such as organic, eco-cert, Whole Foods certification and so forth can all add extra hours. Hours go towards research, lab hours, and sampling. Please purchase micro testing separately. Ingredients that Ology Essentials carries in house are included at no additional cost, however any special ingredients needed for your samples will be charged separately. The first phone call with Kayla to explain your project is free and does not consume any of the hours that you purchase.
