Ology Essentials offers low minimum contract manufacturing services because we believe in the power of small businesses. You should not have to break the bank to get your product and business off the ground.

• White Labeling – Minimum of 25 units per SKU
• Private Labeling  – Minimum of 50 units per SKU

If a white label filling project includes labels already created and shipped to Ology Essentials, there is no additional fee to cost of goods. If Ology Essentials is responsible for printing custom labels, a one time $50 setup fee per SKU is required. Ology Essentials can create custom labels upon request for $65 per hour plus material costs. Deposit on white labeling filling projects is 60% of total project and must be paid before manufacturing will begin.

Ology Essentials’ formulation fee is $150 per hour plus cost of supplies for Custom and Semi-Custom Formulations. The total cost will vary depending on the number of formulations needed, supplies, and duration of the overall customization process. Custom and semi-custom projects will be billed weekly and must be paid in full. 

• Custom Formulation – customer works with Ology Essentials to create new formulation based off customer’s needs/wants.
• Semi-Custom Formulation – making small changes to existing formula provided by customer including reformulation of emulsifying system or preservative system.

If a customer has an ideal formula example, a sample should be provided to Ology Essentials. All custom or semi-custom formulations and methodology are property of Ology Essentials and are being licensed to the client. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be signed to keep customer formulations confidential. Special ingredients not in-house and needing to be sourced by Ology Essentials’ will be included in the customer’s cost of goods. Customers also have the option to supply Ology Essentials with special ingredients as long as it is accompanied by proper documentation and approved by Ology Essentials.

Once a formula is agreed upon, Ology Essentials will provide a quote for going into production at our facility and the customer will have the option to purchase the formula and all related methodology.

Ology Essentials offers two options for product packaging – Ology Essentials can source customer’s packaging at a 10% fee or customers can send Ology Essentials specific packaging at no additional cost. For both scenarios, packaging must be present in Ology Essentials’ facility before manufacturing of an order can occur. Manufacturing timelines are based on after product packaging is received by Ology Essentials. In order to supply an accurate quote, packaging must be discussed, agreed upon and a sample sent to Ology Essentials. Nearly any type of material will be accepted, but please keep in mind certain types of packaging and materials are subject to additional handling and shipping charges. 

Estimated lead times for contract manufacturing services depend on a customer’s service, arrival of all customer’s components (packaging, labels, boxes, etc.) volume amount and bearing no natural disasters.

• Private Label filling project 4-6 weeks

Customers will work closely with our Chief Formulator, Kayla Fioravanti, and utilize her formulation expertise to help improve upon their current products, or you can work together to create a new product formula.  Customers will then purchase the complete formula to use in their own manufacturing process.
